Meet The Positivity Plug
I help women come home to themselves.
I’m Danja, The Positivity Plug, a certified wellness coach and the founder of Danja Did It.
I help overwhelmed women move out of survival mode and autopilot, reconnect with their authentic selves, and intentionally create lives rooted in peace, purpose, self-acceptance, and fulfillment.
Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know what you want.
You’ve simply spent so much time taking care of responsibilities, navigating relationships, surviving difficult seasons, meeting expectations, and adapting to life that you’ve lost connection with the woman underneath it all.
That’s where our work begins.
This Is Bigger Than “Thinking Positive”
My approach to wellness is holistic because I believe transformation requires us to look at the whole person.
Mind. Body. Emotions. Spirit. Environment. Relationships. Habits. Purpose.
Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
What patterns keep repeating?
What beliefs are you carrying that no longer belong to you?
Where are you abandoning your own needs?
What does your body need?
What brings you joy?
What do you actually want your life to feel like?
And most importantly:
Who are you now?
Through coaching, self-reflection, intentional lifestyle changes, accountability, and supportive wellness practices, I help you answer those questions and turn your answers into action.
The goal isn't perfection.
It’s alignment.
It’s becoming aware enough to recognize what isn’t working, empowered enough to change it, and connected enough to yourself to create a life that actually feels like your own.
Why I Do This Work
My own self-discovery journey began long before I had a name for it.
Motherhood became one of my greatest mirrors. When I became a mother, I realized I could no longer accept the bare minimum from myself or my life. If I wanted to raise children who knew their worth, trusted themselves, and lived authentically, I had to learn how to do those things for myself.
That realization sent me inward.
I began studying my patterns, strengthening my relationship with God, examining my beliefs, prioritizing my total wellness, reconnecting with creativity, and intentionally becoming the woman I knew I was capable of being.
The more I discovered about myself, the more I understood that healing isn't about erasing your past.
It's about understanding yourself deeply enough to choose what happens next.
"If Danja did it, you can too."
That philosophy became the foundation of Danja Did It.
Why “The Positivity Plug”?
For me, positivity isn't pretending everything is okay.
It’s the ability to recognize what is happening, acknowledge what you can control, and intentionally choose a positive and productive way forward.
Sometimes you need encouragement.
Sometimes you need accountability.
Sometimes you need resources.
And sometimes you need a mirror.
I bring all four.
My role isn't to tell you who to become or hand you a picture-perfect version of wellness. I create space for you to study yourself, recognize your strengths, challenge limiting patterns, reconnect with your desires, and make choices that reflect the life you actually want.
You are the expert on your life. I help you hear yourself more clearly.
My Approach: Total Wellness
As a certified wellness coach, I support transformation across the interconnected areas of your life.
Our work may include:
- Self-discovery and self-acceptance
- Mindset and limiting beliefs
- Stress, burnout, and boundaries
- Emotional and spiritual wellness
- Intentional living
- Healthy routines and lifestyle changes
- Relationships and communication
- Creativity and self-expression
- Purpose and personal fulfillment
- Accountability and goal setting
Instead of chasing temporary fixes, we look for the roots.
Because when you understand why something is happening, you become much more powerful in deciding what happens next.
You Are the Main Character of Your Story
You don't have to keep living according to a script you inherited, a version of yourself you've outgrown, or expectations that were never yours in the first place.
You can pause.
You can reflect.
You can rewrite.
You can choose differently.
And you can create a life that reflects who you are becoming.
I did it, and so can you!
That is what Danja Did It is about.
Healing. Self-discovery. Alignment. Intention. Transformation.
Not becoming somebody else.
Becoming more deeply yourself.
Ready to reconnect with you?
Let’s explore where you are, where you want to go, and what may be standing between the two.
